After coming up with my idea, I decided that it would be good to test it out. I took 2 books (The Martian and Room 1408) and created a moving image in the style of an arcade game.
I took stock images and created multiple masks of them. I then played around with the colour of these different masks and combined them all. Lastly, I added the title of the book.
This was my first time working with masks, intense colour change and lettering, so I was a little bit apprehensive; that being said, I am really happy with how these turned out.
