The use of blood is something that comes up constantly in the horror industry: I wanted to try out an erupting effect. I started to look into home science experiments that I could combine with fake blood and used this as the start of my primary research.
I used vinegar and baking soda to create the eruption effect. I mixed fake blood with the vinegar to turn it red. I liked how this looked the only problem is that the ‘blood’ is a lot lighter than it should be.
